Relax in two spectacular baths, fed by the natural thermal waters. The Thermae Welcome includes a 2-hour spa session in the New Royal Bath along with use of towel and robe.

A 2-hour spa session includes access to the:

• Open-air rooftop pool
• Minerva Bath
• Wellness Suite
• Springs Café

If you would like a two-hour spa session, it is not necessary to purchase a voucher. You can have a session on the day (subject to availability).

Purchasing a voucher does not mean that you will have pre-booked a session and you will need to organise your session on the day with our Reception staff.

• Spa sessions can be booked in advance by calling our Reservations team on 01225 33 1234 or online via our website
• Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date
• Voucher may be used Saturday & Sunday subject to a supplement. 
• Children under 16 are not permitted
• Vouchers may be used as monetery value towards any other package
• There are no refunds on vouchers
