What is a Thermae Welcome Spa Session?

The Thermae Welcome is a two-hour Spa session to use all of our facilities. The facilities include the Rooftop pool, indoor Minerva pool and multi-sensory Wellness Suite. You will also be provided a towel and a robe on arrival.



Can I pre-book the Thermae Welcome Spa Session?

You can pre-book the Thermae Welcome Spa session by clicking ‘Book Now’ at the top of the website. Or you can call us on 01225 33 1234 to make a booking over the phone.

We also offer additional slots which are released on the day for walk-in sessions. These are first come first serve on the day and we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.


What treatments do you offer and how can I book one?

What is the Twilight package?

Our Twilight package includes two hours to use the Spa facilities, plus a sharing platter and drink in our café in the evening.

Subject to availability the entry times are from 3 pm – 6 pm, Monday-Friday. Our Twilight packages are booked over the phone by calling 01225 33 1234.



What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free amendments of the date or time; we require at least 24 hours' notice to amend or cancel a booking. If you would like to cancel your booking, we require a £10 admin charge.

Bookings cannot be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival time.


What do I need to bring with me?

You will need to bring swimwear and footwear, such as flip-flops or sliders. We provide a robe and towel on arrival.


Do you have a café I can visit?

We have a café inside the Spa for guests. The café does not require pre-booking and serves a selection of cakes, coffees, sandwiches, and snacks.

Visits to the café are not deducted from your two-hour Spa session.


Am I allowed to take photos or bring my phone into the Spa?

Out of respect for the privacy of all guests and the restful atmosphere which we are trying to promote, Thermae Spa has a no phone policy. On arrival we ask you to place your phone inside a Yondr pouch, which will be locked and kept inside your locker. It will be unlocked on exiting the Spa.


I have been gifted a gift voucher; how do I book this in?

Your Gift Voucher will have the details written on the back with what is included and the expiry date.

Treatment vouchers and Twilight vouchers can be booked over the phone by calling 01225 33 1234.

Thermae Welcome vouchers can be booked online or over the phone.

Please be sure to have your voucher with you when calling, as we will require the voucher code written on the back to make the booking.


How do I check the expiry date on my Gift voucher?

The expiry date is written on the front of the voucher. Please be aware vouchers cannot be used past their expiry date.


I have lost my gift voucher, can you help?

As long as your voucher is valid and in date, we can resend you a new voucher for an admin charge. Please call us on 01225 33 1234 to talk to us about a lost gift voucher.


I am pregnant, am I able to use the Spa facilities and have a treatment?

You are welcome to use the Spa facilities at your discretion as long as you are under 32 weeks pregnant. We would not recommend using the Wellness Suite due to the high temperatures. We recommend consulting your doctor before your visit.

For treatments, we offer pregnancy massages for women between 12-32.



Is there an age limit to use the Spa?
