Before you arrive
There is no membership or joining fees to use Thermae Bath Spa. Thermae Welcome, 2-hour spa sessions, can be pre-booked online by clicking the 'Book Now' button or by calling our Reservations team on 01225 33 1234.
We have a limited number of spaces available to pre-book our Thermae Welcome package and additional spaces are available on the day called 'Walk-in Spa Sessions'. Our 2-hour spa sessions are very popular and we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. Entry on the day operates as a virtual queue where the next available slot is allocated until we reach capacity for the day.
Thermae Welcome Vouchers can use be used to redeem a walk-in spa session on the day.
Guests should book their spa treatment or Twilight package in advance by calling our Reservations team on 01225 33 1234.

For security reasons, we cannot store large bags or suitcases. No responsibility can be accepted by Thermae Bath Spa for the safety of money or valuables, whether placed in a locker or not. Due to the mineral content of the thermal water, we advise that items of jewellery are kept in a locker whilst bathing.
The Smart Band
The 'SmartBand' which is given to you on arrival at the Spa acts as the key for your locker and registers the times that you enter and exit the Spa. The SmartBand is also the means of ordering food or drink in the Restaurant, which is then payable on exit. Please note there is a £10 charge for the loss of a SmartBand.
Mobile Phones & Cameras
Out of respect for the privacy of all guests and the restful atmosphere which we are trying to promote, neither mobile phones nor cameras are permitted to be used in the Spa. Upon arrival, you will be asked to place your mobile phone inside a lockable pouch and place it inside your locker for the duration of your visit.
CCTV is in operation in certain public areas of the spa.
Out of respect for the peace and privacy of our guests, we would request that you demonstrate appropriate behaviour, such as maintaining reasonable noise levels and not being too intimate.
