New Royal Bath - Main Spa

The New Royal Bath is a fusion of glass, stone, light, and water this creates a special setting in which to enjoy a Thermae Welcome, 2-hour spa session. 

We have a limited number of spaces available to pre-book our Thermae Welcome package and additional spaces are available on the day called 'Walk-in Spa Sessions'. Please be aware that Thermae Bath Spa is an 'Adults Only' spa with a minimum age restriction of 16 years old.

Our walk-in 2-hour spa sessions are very popular and we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. Entry on the day operates as a virtual queue where the next available slot is allocated until we reach capacity for the day.

A Thermae Welcome (2-hour spa session) gives you access to the following and complimentary use of towels and robes: 

Open-air Rooftop Pool	Minerva Bath
By day and by night, enjoy spectacular views over the city of Bath and the surrounding hills. The naturally warm, mineral-rich waters are enhanced by air seats and bubbling jets.	Named after the Roman Goddess of Health and Wisdom, this is the largest of the thermal baths. Distinguished by flowing curves and grand columns, the thermal waters are complemented by an invigorating whirlpool.
Wellness Suite	Springs Cafe
This multi-sensory experience combines a state-of-the-art Infrared Room, a Celestial Relaxation Room, an invigorating Ice Chamber, and two aroma steam rooms, which use imaginative displays to reflect the spa traditions of the Roman and Georgian periods.	Here guests can enjoy light bites and drinks throughout the day. Any food or drinks in the Cafe are charged to your SmartBand and paid on exit.
