• Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date as printed on the front 
• Package may be used Sunday-Friday (inclu. Bank Holidays)
• Package must be booked in advance by calling our Reservations team on 01225 33 1234. Please have your voucher number available when making your booking
• Both male and female therapists will perform treatments
• It is not possible to change the contents of the package
• Treatments are not provided to people under the age of 18
• Towels and robe are included
• There are no refunds on vouchers. If a treatment is not available it may be substituted with one of a similar value.
