• The Twilight Package can be used Monday - Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), subject to availability
• The package must be booked in advance by calling our Reservations team on 01225 33 1234. Please have your voucher number available when making your booking
• Your meal time is allocated at the time of booking
• Access to spa facilities may be subject to restrictions (see our website for details at time of your visit)
• This voucher may be used as monetary value towards any other package
• Children under 16 are not permitted
• There are no refunds on vouchers
• No phones or cameras are permitted within the facilities
