Competition - Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to followers of Thermae Bath Spa on Facebook and Instagram.

12 Days of Christmas Facebook and Instagram competition: The competition will commence at 10am GMT on Monday 1st of December and all entries must be received by 5pm on Monday 15th of December 2025. The winner will be contacted on Tuesday 16th of December by 11am.

Neither party accepts responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted or fail to be submitted by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

The winner will be selected at random and contacted privately and requested to share their postal address, as tickets are printed copies only. (If it is a voucher, most likely will be).

The winner and their guest must be over 16 years of age.

Thermae Bath Spa’s decision is final. Prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and not be disclosed to a third party.
