Henrietta Samler

Henrietta Samler, born in 1962, grew up in Wellow. She and her brother and sister learnt to swim in the Cross Baths when they were five or six.

Martyn Lewis

Martyn Lewis, grew up in Temple Cloud. He learnt to swim as a 21-year-old in the Cross Baths.

Pat Hall

Pat Hall was born in 1926 and grew up in Bath. She worked as a part-time physiotherapist at the treatment centre in 1974. Like many other Bath children she also learnt to swim in the spa waters.
