Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel a spa session, treatment or package more than 24 hours in advance, we will try to rebook your reservation. If this is not possible, there is a £5.00 cancellation fee.

Any spa treatment with a therapist which is cancelled within 24 hours of your booking is fully chargeable.

If you cancel your spa package within 24 hours, the full cost of the treatment and meal will be charged.

A 100% cancellation charge applies if you fail to attend a reserved session, treatment or package.

There are no refunds on vouchers.
