Advance Booking & Payments

Spa sessions in the New Royal Bath and Cross Bath cannot be booked in advance unless you are a group of 6+.

Treatments can only be booked along with a spa session and should be booked in advance by calling our Reservations team on 0844 888 0844 / +44 (0)1225 33 1234 or by email at reservations@thermaebathspa.com.

In order to secure your booking , we require full payment at the time of booking. We do not accept cheques or Visa Electron.

If redeeming a voucher, please quote your voucher number when making your reservation and bring it with you when you come to the Spa.

If we are close to our capacity, especially at weekends, we issue 'Priority Access' cards for guests who may be waiting to enter the Spa. The cards will give a time to return to the Spa and gain priority access.
