With a constantly evolving menu designed for both the health conscious and also those who just want a little indulgence, the choice of food is wide and varied. The majority of produce is sourced locally and dishes are freshly prepared and cooked on the premises.

Normally, there is a choice of two main courses plus a vegetarian option. Tasty soups, omelettes, sandwiches and paninis are also on the menu as well as pastries and desserts. Fruit juices and smoothies are available alongside a selection of teas, coffees, beers and wines.

The Springs Restaurant is open from 9.30 until the last serving at 20.15. Hot dishes are served from 12.00 - 15.30 and 17.00 - 20.15.
