Valentine's Day Menu

Soup

- Fish soup with tomato and chilli, with croutons topped with Wyfe of Bath cheese

Main course

- Thermae spiced chicken. Half a chicken marinated in a mix of chef's spices, served with cous cous dressed in mint and coriander.

- Fillet of salmon wrapped in pancetta on a bed of chargrilled fennel.

- Individual vegetarian turnover filled with portabello mushrooms, caramelised onions and roasted butternut squash.

- Passion fruit bavarois

- Bitter chocolate tart with creme fraiche
