New Menus in the Springs Restaurant

Head Chef, Quintus Quirk, has been busy putting together a new series of daytime and Twilight menus, which are now being served in the Springs Restaurant at Thermae Bath Spa.

As well as traditional favourites such as Cumberland Sausage, there is a choice of tasty dishes, including Lamb Kebabs, fresh fish wrapped in banana leaf and Thai Vegetable Curry.

To complement the hot dishes, a good range of Chef's Salads are on offer featuring such tasty options as Asparagus & Roast Vegetable and Crab Cakes & Lemon Grass.

There is a tempting selection of desserts, including Fruit Fondue, Chocolate Cake with black cherry coulis and Treacle Tart.

Available during the day is a variety of sandwiches, paninis, omelettes and pastries plus a full range of teas, coffees, soft drinks, wine and beer.
