Weekend arrangements, Gift Vouchers and access for children

As Bath is a popular destination for weekend breaks, Fridays, Saturdays,Sundays and Mondays are our busiest days. Our spa treatments tend to be booked out well in advance.

At certain times (especially weekends), we are close to our capacity. Before we reach this point in time, we issue ‘Priority Access’ cards for guests who may be waiting to enter the Spa. The cards will give a time at which you can come back to the Spa and gain priority access.

In order to ensure that the welcome and experience at Thermae Bath Spa is enjoyable for everyone, we cannot guarantee entrance if we are full. A Gift Voucher does not guarantee entry or give priority access.

Our quieter days are mid-week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We are open daily from 9.00am until 10.00pm with last entry at 7.30pm. We request that you start leaving the pools at 9.30pm.

The 2006/2007 gift vouchers expired on 31st March 2008 and can no longer be redeemed.

Based on customer feedback, children under 16 are not permitted in the New Royal Bath. Children aged between 12 - 16 are welcome in the stand-alone Cross Bath, as long as they are accompanied on a 1:1 ratio by an adult. We do not offer treatments to young people under 18.
