Thermae Bath Spa is an inspiring venue to host a team meeting or to entertain clients and colleagues. Thermae Bath Spa is open daily from 09.00 – 22.00 (last entry 19.30).

Our head chef has created a range of delicious and nutritious buffets for you to choose from to complement your day.

'The Source' Meetings & Function Room

The Source is a dedicated room for meetings and small functions, followed by a revitalising spa experience. The Source can accommodate up to 12 people boardroom style and up to 20 for a reception. Catering can be provided to suit your requirements, ranging from buffet lunches to Champagne receptions. Our half-day and full-day delegate packages using the Source Meeting Room have been designed with business needs in mind. Following the meeting, guests can relax and unwind by enjoying a spa session, including full use of the Minerva Bath, a series of aromatic steam rooms and the spectacular views from the open-air rooftop pool.

We can also create bespoke packages to include use of the spa facilities and a choice of over 50 different spa treatments which aim to ease away those pressures of everyday life.

Hire of the Source Meeting Room (4 hours)
Arrival tea/coffee, mid-morning tea/coffee or afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits

Use of standard meeting room facilities - data projector & screen, flip chart, delegate pads & pencils
2-hour spa session in Thermae Bath Spa
Use of towel, robe & slippers during spa session

£65 per delegate (inc.VAT)
Minimum - 4 delegates
Optional extras: Buffet lunch from £10.95 per delegate, Spa treatments

Full Day Source Package

Hire of the Source Meeting Room (09.00-17.00)
Arrival tea/coffee, mid-morning tea/coffee and afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits • Water & cordial • 2-course buffet lunch
Use of standard meeting room facilities - data projector & screen, flip chart, delegate pads & pencils
2-hour spa session in Thermae Bath Spa
Use of towel, robe & slippers during spa session

£85 per delegate (inc. VAT)
Minimum - 4 delegates
